You will be charged a setup fee for each account opened. This fee covers the technical resources necessary to correctly provision your web hosting account. Our automated system allows us to keep this cost low by automating various aspect of account creation. This fee is non-refundable.

When you choose a pre-paid annual account, you pay the specified rate per month for 12 months when you sign up. You will be billed once a year at the given annual rate for your plan. We offer a discounted rate and a free domain name to all of our yearly pre-paid customers. This domain name is yours to keep, and will be free for the entire time you host with us. If you already have your domain name, we can initiate the transfer free of charge.

When you choose a pre-paid quarterly account, you pay the specified rate per month for 3 months when you sign up. You will be billed once every 3 months at the given quarterly rate for your plan. If you do not have a domain name, we will charge your account €20.00 to register your new domain name for one year, or €17.50 per year for multiple years. If you already own your domain name, we will initiate the transfer free of charge.
